The Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District (District) will hold a virtual public workshop and two public hearings on the proposed budget for fiscal year 2020-21. A copy of the proposed budget is available for review below.

Temporary Changes to Access Air District Programs and Services
Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District will no longer provide in-person participation.

Based on guidance from the California Department of Public Health and the California Governor’s Stay at Home Executive Order N-33-20 issued on March 19, 2020 to protect the health and well-being of all Californians, and to establish consistency across the state  to slow the spread of COVID-19, the District will temporarily no longer provide in-person participation to our workshops.

By phone: If you would like to make a comment by phone, please call (805) 961-8853 by Monday, April 20, 2020 at 5 p.m., prior to the workshop, and state your name and phone number. The Clerk of the Board will then call you at the appropriate time during the public workshop for you to make your comment.
