Draft Federal Part 70 Permits for the Sierra Resources, Inc. – Barham Ranch Stationary Source
The Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District (District) has issued three draft federal Part 70 renewal permits for the Barham Ranch Stationary Source. The Barham Ranch Stationary Source is an oil and gas production operation located approximately three miles southeast of the town of Los Alamos. All three facilities constitute one stationary source, considered a major source for emissions of reactive organic compounds (ROC) and carbon monoxide (CO).
Sierra Resources, Inc currently has three federal Part 70 operating permits. This action is the renewal of these permits. No increases in facility production or emissions will occur as a result of this permit action. Once issued by the District and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the three permits will be valid for three years.
