- Authorized the District’s continued participation in the California Air Resources Board’s (CARB) Funding Agricultural Replacement Measures for Emission Reductions (FARMER) Program; and
- Delegated authority to the Control Officer to enter into a grant agreement with CARB for the FARMER Program.
