- Summary of the emission-reduction grant agreements approved by the Air Pollution Control Officer for the period of March 12, 2019 through April 30, 2019 in accordance with Board Resolution Number 09-14.
- Update on Public Outreach Activities – Received and filed an update on District outreach activities.
- Minutes of the August 2018 South Central Coast BCC Meeting – Received and filed the minutes from the August 22, 2018 meeting of the South Central Coast Basinwide Control Council (BCC).
- Minutes of the November 2018 Community Advisory Council (CAC) Meeting – Received and filed the minutes from the November 7, 2018 meeting of the District Community Advisory Council.
- Resolution Reaffirming the District’s Use of Specified County Services and Updating Purchasing Agent Authority – Approved and adopted a Resolution reaffirming the District’s use of specified County services and updating Purchasing Agent authority.
- Funding Agricultural Replacement Measures for Emission Reductions (FARMER) Program – Adopted a Resolution resulting in the following actions:
- Authorized the District’s continued participation in the California Air Resources Board’s (CARB) Funding Agricultural Replacement Measures for Emission Reductions (FARMER) Program; and
- Delegated authority to the Control Officer to enter into a grant agreement with CARB for the FARMER Program.
- Received Public Comment at the meeting as well as in writing – 5/15/19, 5/16/19, and after the meeting was adjourned.

- Overview of Voluntary Clean Air Grant and Incentive Programs | Presentation – Received and filed a presentation on the status of the District’s clean air grant and incentive programs.
- Fiscal Year 2019-20 Proposed Budget | Presentation – Considered the Fiscal Year 2019-20 Proposed Budget as follows:
- Received the Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2019-20;
- Held a public hearing to accept comments and provide direction to staff regarding changes desired by the Board; and
- Scheduled a budget adoption hearing for June 20, 2019.
