  • District Board Meeting Schedule for Year 2021 – Approve the District Board of Directors regular meeting schedule for 2021.
  • Approval of Contract for Bankruptcy Legal Services – Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a contract with Spence, Desenberg & Lee, PLLC for a term expiring on October 15, 2021 for an amount not to exceed $35,000.00.
  • First Quarter Financial Update – Receive and File Budget to Actual Report for the first quarter of the Fiscal Year 2020-2021, Ending September 30, 2020.
  • Delegating Air Pollution Control Officer Authority Over District Grant Agreements – Adopt a Resolution that updates the language, terms, and conditions of the District-issued grant agreements and delegates authority to the Air Pollution Control Officer to execute individual agreements up to $250,000 for District Board-approved grant programs.
