Carpinteria Field – South County Stationary Source

Platforms Hogan and Houchin are located offshore approximately seven miles south-southeast from the City of Santa Barbara. Produced natural gas and crude oil from both platforms is shipped by subsea pipelines to La Conchita, which is an on-shore facility regulated by the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District.
