2004 Clean Air Plan Three-Year Update for the California Clean Air Act

The 2004 Clean Air Plan update shows progress towards meeting the state one-hour ozone standard. This update will not affect the 2001 Clean Air Plan, which remains effective for federal requirements.

The 2004 Clean Air Plan was adopted by the APCD Board on December 16, 2004.
