On June 11, 2021 and effective immediately, Governor Newsom issued Executive Orders N-07-21 and N-08-21, which rescinded some prior Executive Orders related to COVID-19, but Executive Order N-08-21 states that some of the other prior Executive Orders related to COVID-19 still remain necessary to help Californians respond to, recover from, and mitigate the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Consistent with Executive Order N-08-21, the South Central Coast Basinwide Air Pollution Control Council’s meeting on September 23, 2021 will not be providing in-person participation.
