Chevron. – Carpinteria Gas Plant

The Carpinteria Gas Plant is located in the city of Carpinteria and receives oil and natural gas produced by platforms Gail and Grace, which are regulated by the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District.  Oil is stored on-site, then shipped by pipeline to refineries in the Los Angeles basin.  Natural gas is dried, treated, compressed, then sold to the local utility company.
