MANN+HUMMEL Water Fluid Solutions, Inc., dba MNUS, 93 S. La Patera Lane, Goleta, CA 93117
To consider a Petition for Modification of Regular Variance from District Rule 206, Permit to Operate 16120, Conditions 2.d.iv, 9, 11.a (for thermal oxidizer APCD Device ID 109886), Table 3 (ACM Casting Dray and Rinse Tank Emissions), and Table 4 (for thermal oxidizer APCD Device ID 109886). The variance petition was submitted on December 1, 2025, for relief from the Best Available Control Technology (BACT) reactive organic compounds (ROCs) destruction efficiency requirements, outlet flow rate, and source test requirements for the thermal oxidizer until compliance can be achieved.

On July 10, 2025, Hearing Board member Terence Dressler approved an Emergency Variance for Sable Offshore Corp. at the Las Flores Canyon Oil and Gas Processing Plant from June 12, 2025 through June 24, 2025, or the date compliance is achieved, whichever occurs first. Said Emergency Variance provides relief from District Rules District Rule 206, Part 70/Permit to Operate 5651-R7, Conditions 9.C.8.a., 9.C.8.a.iv, 9.C.8.a.i, 9.C.13, 9.C.24 and 9.C.37.o and allows for continued operation of the Stripping Gas Treatment Plant.

On July 10, 2025, Hearing Board member Terence Dressler approved an Emergency Variance for Sable Offshore Corp. at the Las Flores Canyon Oil and Gas Processing Plant from June 30, 2025 through July 29, 2025, or the date compliance is achieved, whichever occurs first. Said Emergency Variance provides relief from District Rules 328.C.2, 328.I.5, and 206, Part 70 Permit to Operate 5651-R7, Conditions 9.C.8.a.i, 9.C.8.a.iii, 9.C.8.c.iii, 9.C.d.v, 9.C.17, and 9.C.37.o and allows for continued operation of the WGI without CEMS for SOx.
