- Resolution for Delegating Authority to the Air Pollution Control Officer for Approving Employee Benefit Plan Renewals -Adopt a Resolution delegating authority to the Air Pollution Control Officer to amend, enter into, and renew contracts for multiple employee benefit insurance plans to become effective January 1, 2023 for the 2023 calendar year.
- Year-End Transfer and Revisions of Appropriations – Approve budget revisions and transfers necessary to close the District’s accounting records for all District funds for the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2022 (FY 2021-22).
- Approval of Contract for Bankruptcy Legal Services – Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a contract with Spence, Desenberg & Lee, PLLC for a term expiring on December 31, 2023 for an amount not to exceed $15,000.
- Memorandum of Understanding with Engineers and Technicians Association – Authorize the Air Pollution Control Officer to enter into a side letter agreement between the Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District and the Engineers and Technicians Association to amend provisions of the current Memorandum of Understanding, including an extension through June 30, 2026.
- Memorandum of Understanding with Service Employees International Union, Local 620 – Authorize the Air Pollution Control Officer to enter into a side letter agreement between the Santa Barbara County Air Pollution Control District and the Service Employees International Union, Local 620 to amend provisions of the current Memorandum of Understanding, (including an extension through June 30, 2026.
- Salary and Benefits for Management and Confidential-Unrepresented Employees – Adopt a Resolution amending the Management Personnel Benefits Policy for Management and Confidential-Unrepresented Employees.
