Advisories

  • May 25, 2016: Form -07C was updated. The Air Quality Monitoring Plan attachment now requires the use of active sampling aerosol monitors to conduct dust monitoring activities. Please make sure your applications include this new version.
  • July 27, 2015: Form -77 was updated.  Please make sure your applications include this new version.
  • August 28, 2014: Form -07A, Form -07B, and Form -07C were updated.  Please make sure your applications include these new versions.
  • July 1, 2014:  Form -07 and Form -06 were updated.  Please make sure your applications include these new versions.
  • October 16, 2008:  If your company has already submitted a cost reimbursement deposit to the APCD, call the district before submitting a new deposit with your ATC or PTO application.
